Where is the tarot card in Phasmophobia?

In Phasmophobia, 'Tarot Cards' is a summoning item found on maps as a random-spawn equipment pick (usually near the ghost room / high-activity spots on the larger maps like Point of No Return). Picking one gives you a 10-card 'potential' deck whose cards trigger haunting events — pulling Death or The Tower is the meme-rage part. The honest version of the arcana, without the ghost, is here.
