Where Tarot Cards Come From, Where To Buy & Where To Find Them
Where is the tarot card in Arasaka Tower?
In Cyberpunk 2077's Phantom Liberty, the final collectible tarot card tied to the Sol storyline appears during the Black Sapphire / Arasaka-style tower incursion — on the executive suite desk in the mission area. Miss it mid-mission and it's lost for that run, so search rooms before the finale event. Playing the real 78-card deck — no combat required — is free right here.
